Construct validity: Basic Psychological Needs Scale for Teachers

چکیده

Teacher autonomy encompasses pedagogical activities oriented towards planning, instruction, and assessment, as well administrative tasks required by the education system. Therefore, it is imperative to focus research on teacher in specific tasks, using data collection procedures suitable context. In this study, aim validate an original scale for collecting classroom settings under criteria established Self-Determination Theory, framework of basic psychological needs. The method comprises a nonexperimental quantitative design, random cluster sample that understood probability sampling because participant teachers only work primary levels. Results demonstrate possesses strong degree robustness regarding construction, application, collection. conclusion, validated identifies explanatory variable model.
